Head chef Ronny Emborg is in charge in the kitchen at d’Angleterre’s restaurant Marchal. He has become someone to notice since he was awarded the title of Chef of the Year in 2007 and won international recognition. His ambitious cuisine is inspired by the Nordic and French classics with a twist which complements the hotel’s aspiration to be the best hotel in Scandinavia. Hotel guests and locals are all welcome for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a choice of both smaller and larger dishes to satisfy all appetites.

Marchal was awarded  a Michelin-star in March 2014. Twice Michelin-awarded Head chef Ronny Emborg, who  is in charge in the kitchen at Marchal, was awarded his first Michelin-Star for his work at restaurant AOC in 2010.
